Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@phontra.us with your order number and details.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase (60 days during holidays).

Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
