Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@phontra.us to request return authorization. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@phontra.us so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards and clearance items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an approval or denial notification. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
